We're looking for "jack or all trades" to join our team. We are an owner operated business that manage our own units and flip properties. You will be responsible for turn-overs/move outs and doing whatever it needs to get the property ready for rent, code repairs, service calls, painting- interior and exterior, property maintenance, and light remodeling.
Must live in the Lehigh Valley and be able to work 40 hours a week M-F 8-4, and be available for a rotating emergency after hours/weekend “on-call” schedule. You must have a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and smart phone. You need to have basic hand tools and power tools. Must be comfortable on extension ladders and roofs.
Some responsibilities( but not limited to) would be: paint, drywall, spackel, trim, sewer back-ups, light plumbing and electric, cleaning, snow removal, grass cutting, demo, clearing out units.
$17-27/hr based on experience and skills, paid holidays, PTO, and benefits
You will be provided a work van and have access to ladders and tools required for jobs
