Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Phillipsburg, NJ
Pay Range: $19.50/hourly
Shift: 10PM-6:30AM Monday - Sundays (Must be able to train on 2nd shift)
What's the Job?
Picking clothing items based on customer orders or production requirements
Packing items carefully for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and preparation
Unpacking items upon arrival to verify inventory condition
Folding clothing items neatly for packaging or storage
Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
