Description:
Experienced landlord seeking a part-time paralegal to assist with pursuing judgments, evictions, and other real estate-related legal matters. Ideal for a law student, retired legal professional, or experienced paralegal looking for extra work.
Duties Include:
Drafting legal documents and filings
Assisting with eviction processes and collections
Researching landlord-tenant laws and case law
Filing paperwork with courts as needed
Managing case deadlines and follow-ups
Requirements:
Prior experience with law preferred
Strong legal writing and research skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Pennsylvania legal procedures a plus
Flexible hours – can work remotely with occasional in-person meetings. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
