Every lead, every contact, and every smile can earn you money!
Stream 1: Appointment Commissions
How it works: Set qualified in-home appointments with homeowners.
Pay: Earn a percentage of the sale when your appointment closes.
Goal: Focus on quality leads — your commissions grow with every successful sale.
Stream 2: Door Knocker Residuals
How it works: If a homeowner you spoke with calls us later — it’s still your lead.
Pay: You’ll receive credit and commission when it sells.
Goal: Leave a lasting impression. Even “not now” can turn into income later.
Stream 3: Collected Contact Bonuses
How it works: Gather homeowner contact info (name, phone, email).
Pay: If our team converts that contact into an appointment or sale, you get credit.
Goal: Capture every lead — every phone number has potential value.
Stream 4: Ambassador Visits
How it works: Visit completed jobs, check satisfaction, take photos, and complete the Ambassador checklist.
Pay: Earn a $100 flat bonus for each completed visit.
Goal: Build relationships and represent the company with pride.
Stream 5: Ambassador Referrals
How it works: Ambassadors (past customers) who refer friends or family earn you more.
Pay: Receive a referral bonus when their referrals result in sales.
Goal: Maintain great customer relationships — referrals are repeat income!
Stream 6: Staff Events, Shows & Demos
How it works: Participate in home shows, expos, and community events where the company pays for the space and tickets.
Pay: Earn commissions from appointments, demos, and sales generated at these events.
Goal: Represent the company at events — it’s a fun and profitable way to grow your income!
