Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Machine Operator
We’re currently hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our team inPhillipsburg, NJ. These arehands-on roleswithin a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. Candidates should have general warehouse knowledge, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general warehouse duties, including packing, labeling, and material handling
Operate equipment and follow production or quality control procedures as assigned
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards (for QC roles)
Receive, process, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments (for Shipping & Receiving roles)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow company policies and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Schedule: Monday–Friday (full-time)
