Overview
Vitality Staffing is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in driving our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract the best candidates for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of technical recruiting, and the ability to manage relationships effectively. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while collaborating with various departments to meet staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various levels of the organization.
Utilize ATS systems such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
Implement effective negotiation strategies to secure top candidates while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
Manage employee orientation processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Conduct employee evaluations and maintain ongoing employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
Utilize social media management tools for lead generation and recruitment marketing efforts.
Collaborate with HR teams on training & development programs and succession planning initiatives.
Perform research on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance our strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in staffing coordination or recruitment roles with a strong focus on technical recruiting and talent management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Salesforce is preferred.
Strong understanding of contracts related to employment and labor law compliance.
Experience in cold calling and relationship management is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of executive recruiting processes along with internal recruiting best practices is a plus.
