Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting new home buyers in the selection of interior and exterior finishes for to-be-built homes. Requires Interior Design experience (or degree) plus the ability to read and interpret home plans. Builder promotes customization requiring coordinators to become familiar not only with the range of options offered but also with non-structural customized opportunities. Handle selections and required paperwork for approximately 100-125 buyers per year. 5-day work week. Normal hours of operation include Saturday and may require some evening appointments. Required Skills:
-Interior Design Associate Degree with some experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
-Detail oriented
-Able to work some evenings and weekends
-New Home experience not required but helpful
