With over 25K available products in stock, we present a very competitive opportunity for our Route Sales Representatives to be successful.
Experience in the automobile care industry is not necessary but obviously helpful. Sales experience is also recommended, but not required. We will provide training tools and educate the right person with a goal for success. We provide a route vehicle that will enable you to go out and start immediately selling.
A self motivated Route Sales Representative with good communication skills will be very successful. We offer a competitive base salary and commission/bonus program. The commission program includes servicing numerous existing accounts with room to grow and maintain those accounts. There will also be an opportunity to acquire and maintain new business to help grow the Route Sales Representative's earning potential. The bonus program will allow the Route Sales Representative to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses based on performance.
All Route Sales Representatives are required to have a clean Drivers License. You must have reliable transportation to get to and from the warehouse and be able to pass a criminal back-round check, as well as a D.O.T. Physical / Drug exam. D.O.T. Physical/Drug exam will be covered by MG Appearance Products as long as employee stays employed at least 90 days.
