Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots hardware/server issues with focus on responsiveness; provides issue resolution. Maintains inventory and documentation of activity. Escalates more complex issues to 2nd level. be part of a standby rotation. A.S. in related field. 3+ years experience servicing hardware as specified or utilized in customer environment. Certifications (List type or level). Familiarity with ticket-tracking software. Territory will be from Harrisburg to Wilmington DE. must be willing to travel and be self efficient diagnosing desktops, networking problems, complete PC images and work on Dell, IMB and HP servers.
