Hiring Skilled Professional Mobile Massage Therapists
Must be Experienced & Certified plus Fully Licensed and Insured in the State of PA.
We are a locally founded, busy and growing Wellness Spa, based here in South Eastern, PA.
Our main spa is in Kutztown, PA(interview location) with many other mobile locations throughout the area.
We are looking to add 2-4 skilled mobile massage therapists to our wonderful team of Independent Contractors, who live and work throughout the surrounding area of south eastern PA, in places such as Allentown, Reading, Oley, Boyertown, Pottstown, Bethlehem and so on.
Starting Commission is 50% plus gratuity and with our current pay structure, there is a 20% gratuity automatically included for every mobile spa service you complete, so you can count on that gratuity as part of your weekly income.
Current Price List = $100(60 min), $125(75min), $150(90 min) . For example: 60 min is $100, but with 20% auto-gratuity it is $120. Therapist gets 50% of base plus gratuity, so therapist pay for a 60min would be $70($50base+$20tip).
Therapists must have reliable transportation and provide their own pre-approved supplies. Therapist chooses own schedule.
Mobile Massage On-Call Shifts available are 10am-3pm and 3pm-8pm, 7 days a week.
