We are currently looking to immediately fill an new Appliance Repair Technician position. The Appliance Repair Technician is responsible to perform minor to moderately complex service of appliances, in residential and light commercial environments. Experience working on appliance manufacturers such as Frigidaire, LG, GE, Whirlpool etc is required. He/She is to perform these duties in a consistent, detailed, and highly professional manner. The Technician performs services that equal or exceed company and customer quality standards. Strong customer service skills are also required.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school education/GED (additional technical education/training desired) and experience as a Service Technician is required. In addition, he/she must have and maintain a valid vehicle operator's license, a Type I Refrigeration certification (small appliances), have their own basic tools, proficiency using an IPad, and have the physical stamina to perform all aspects of this job. Pay is based on experience/performance.
