We're currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team in various roles, including:
Remodeling Technicians: Experienced pros with 3+ years in residential construction, adept at demolition, installation, and finishing work.
Helpers/Laborers: Eager learners with a strong work ethic, willing to assist crews and gain valuable skills.

What You Bring:
o Must be able to pass drug and criminal background check.
Essential Skills required:
o Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of construction methods.
o Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions precisely.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Detail-oriented approach and commitment to quality workmanship.
o Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions independently.
o Strong work ethic and willingness to tackle physically demanding tasks.
o Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
o Clean, neat appearance on jobsite. Professional conduct required at all times.
Bonus Points:
o Experience in tiling, drywall installation, painting, and other finishing work.
o Prior construction experience in a residential setting.
o Ownership of basic tools (company can assist with obtaining necessary tools).
