Essential Qualifications:
Rough and finish carpentry skills and knowledge of construction methods.
Prior construction experience in a residential setting.
Ownership of basic tools. We can provide specialty tools which may be required.
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions precisely.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented approach and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong work ethic and willingness to tackle physically demanding tasks.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Must be able to pass drug and criminal background check.
Clean, neat appearance on the jobsite. Professional conduct required at all times.
