Local Commercial Masonry and Concrete company is in need of a quality skilled carpenter/handyman who can complete everything from forming sidewalks to repairs in residential properties.
-Ideal candidate will be a self motivated, problem solver, who can work independently, and adhere to all scheduling deadlines.
-Ideal candidates will also be professional, respectfully to all venders, customers, and tenants
-Blueprint reading helpful, utilize appropriate math skills, and perform layouts, form and place concrete formwork for concrete crews.
-Applicants will have their own tools to compliment the scheduled jobs.
-Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience, preferably in the commercial building/carpentry/Residential repairs field.
-Full Time, Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will be able to pass all required pre-employment drug screens and possess a clean driving record.
