McCarthy Masonry and Concrete Inc is hiring the following positions: Concrete Foreman
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, effective time management skills, be able to delegate tasks to other crew members and see all jobs to proper and timely completion.
This role requires a team leader and a team builder.
Looking for a seasoned individual with 5 years proven concrete commercial experience: able to read blueprints, specialize in structural commercial projects, site plans, rebar drawings, and specialty shop drawings
The individual in this role is responsible for working with and managing a crew, coordinating materials and equipment, and will possess the knowledge of jobsite conditions and safety.
Must have your own tools
The ideal candidate will be able to pass all required pre-employment drug screens and possess a clean driving record.
Applicants must also be able to provide reliable daily transportation to and from work
Excellent starting salary based on experience
Excellent Administrative skills (Crew time reporting, paperwork, turn in receipts)
Full time Monday - Friday
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K benefits available after 90 days
OSHA 10 or 30 Preferred – must complete within 90 days of hire
Must be able to lift 80lbs
