To qualify for consideration, subcontractors must:
Provide recent photos showcasing the quality of their deck-building work.
Be able to demonstrate expertise in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to project timelines.
Have experience in using materials and techniques that align with our standards.
What to Include in Your Submission:
1. Portfolio: Please submit photos of at least three recent deck projects that best demonstrate your crew’s skills and attention to detail.
2. Experience: Share a brief background on your crew’s experience, including any certifications or specialties in deck building.

4. What do you estimate your square foot price would be for a 16’ W by 12’ D deck would be. The deck is 4’ off grade attached to house. Framing is 2x10, 12”OC. Decking is Trex with Hidden fasteners. One set of stairs. Railing is RDI vinyl.
