Established Electrical Contractor looking for Electrical Forman/ Superintendent with Commercial/Residential experience to join our team.
We are looking for electricians who lead, motivate, monitor, and oversee a team of electricians to ensure they produce quality work while providing technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of projects.
Plan/organize/direct labor and materials to meet customer schedule.
Ensure all installations meet/exceed electrical code standards.
Foster relationships with customers, inspectors, and peers.
Ensure adherence to standards of quality, safety, and best practices.
Qualifications
Active State Journeyman or Master Electrician's License.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety standards.
Experience managing crews, material cost control, and scheduling.
Compensation
A strong total compensation package will be offered and is Negotiable depending on experience. We offer vacation and holiday pay along with Health and Dental Insurance.
