Motivated, General Contracting firm is seeking professional craftsmen to partner with!
We are a fully licensed and insured general contracting company seeking eager, motivated, and professional carpenters.
We are looking for personnel that are go-getters who can work well in a team environment.
We are a comprehensive-service general contracting firm specializing in home restoration projects. Much of our work primarily involves kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, finished carpentry packages, fences, and decks.
We are currently working with multiple property owners on several projects and are looking for dedicated and hardworking independent contractors whom fulfill the following requirements.
Skill-Set Requirements:
- Experienced / Professional Carpenters (3-5 years preferred)
- Experience in rough framing
- Experience in drywall hanging and drywall repair
- Experience in finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Molding installation
- Door and window installation
- Flooring (hard wood, tile, etc.) installation
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and transportation to job sites
- MUST BE SAFETY CONSCIOUS. Our goal is to provide and maintain a safe workplace for our employees, contractors, clients, and the public.
- Must have tools necessary for each project
- Must have a working cell phone
- MUST BE DRUG FREE and able to pass a drug screening. In addition, this company has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on alcohol use while on the job.
- Must have past experience and three references
- Must maintain a clean appearance
- Must speak English and have good communication skills
- MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED
Compensation will depend on skill level, experience, and demands of each project.
