We are seeking an experienced Shower Door Installation Lead to join our company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing custom shower doors and glass enclosures with a focus on precision, safety, and customer service. This role involves working with a helper to ensure high-quality installations.
Responsibilities
Lead and perform the installation of custom shower doors, glass enclosures, and related hardware.
Measure, cut, and install shower door related hardware with precision and accuracy.
Perform service calls as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
Requirements
Skills:
o Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing glass panels and hardware.
o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
o Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
o Ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass panels (up to 100 lbs).
o Comfortable working in confined spaces.
Certifications:
o Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
