Capital Courier Services, a trusted provider of medical supplies, blood, and platelet deliveries to healthcare facilities, is seeking an independent contractor to join our team in Johnstown, PA.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented driver for an open route who is comfortable handling sensitive medical deliveries. Prior medical courier experience is beneficial but not essential. As a contractor, you’ll be responsible for transporting blood, plasma, specimens, and other medical supplies between customer sites and hospitals.
We will be conducting phone interviews, followed by in-person meetings in Johnstown, PA. Description:
-1099 Contractor
-Settlements Paid Weekly
-Provided 16’ box truck
-Fuel card provided
-Hours: Monday through Friday, 6 p.m. to 3 a.m.
-$200/Night
Minimum Qualifications:
-Valid driver’s license
-Clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record
-Current DOT physical or, ability to pass a DOT physical
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Commitment to Excellence
-Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, walking, lifting to 50 pounds, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and overhead lifting.
-Requires sharp attention to detail and a strong ability to keep a schedule
