This position is expected to carryout all responsibilities through to completion with minimal supervision.This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience level.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Write up work orders. Wash and detail vehicles. Operate lubrication equipment to change oil and service oil filters. Maintain lubrication equipment. Rotate tires and check brake pads. Service other fluids such as air filters, grease fittings, lights, windshield wipers,etc. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing services. Complete vehicle, home, or office building decontamination cleaning services. Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with company standards. Maintains records of time, materials, and work performed. Reset oil lights and update door stickers on vehicles. Communicate effectively with management and our customers. Build positive relationships with employees and customers.COMPETENCY AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to listen and take direction. Be highly structured, cautious, careful, and conscientious, have meticulous attention to detail. Interested in accuracy and doing what is right. Quick to support proven procedures. Desires clear guidelines and thorough training for new situations. Loyal, efficient, and even slightly perfectionistic; conscious of what others think and are careful to avoid doing something that might be criticized. Desire a sense of accomplishment. Internal drive, grit, and hustle to succeed combined with pride in doing the best job you can do. Be a team player, hardworking, and honest Be on time to work and reliable.Minimum Qualifications

Have and maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, where applicable.

High school or GED equivalent.

2+ years of automotive technician experience a plus

Valid Driver License

Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program.

Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
