Original Equipment Division has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing supervisor in our Production Facility. Employee and departmental safety, quality, productivity and adherence to established Work Procedures/Policies
Oversite of employee training, coaching and mentoring
Departmental and workstation cleanliness
Assistance with NCP (Non-Conforming Product) Procedures and CAR (Continuous Improvement Action Requests)
Ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, Corporate and Facility standards, processes, procedures and/or laws
Departmental assistance, when required
Daily reporting of departmental production
Other duties assigned by his/her manager
Job Requirements:
Ability to readily recognize detailed accuracy of parts, components or assemblies
Able to read and understand customer drawings or prints
Effective communication skills both orally and written
Safe, efficient forklift operations after successful completion of Pomp's Forklift Training
Ability to lift 50 pounds unrestricted
