Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Network Services Manager to join our team in BENSALEM, Pennsylvania, United States. In this role, you will be handling the architecture and management of our Networking and Telecom systems within the Financial Services industry. You will be responsible for application support, performance tuning, and security implementation of our CISCO Networking and Telecom infrastructure. Responsibilities: Architecting and managing all our Networking and Telecom systems. Providing application support for our CISCO Networking and Telecom infrastructure. Tuning the performance of our CISCO Networking and Telecom infrastructure. Implementing security measures throughout our Networking and Telecom infrastructure. Enforcing standards throughout our telecom infrastructure. Reviewing and maintaining daily jobs. Configuring and updating the telecommunication systems and MPLS network to ensure reliability and performance. Analyzing and monitoring system capacity and performance for upgrades and expansion. Assisting in managing the budgeting and business plans for the respective area. Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems related to TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, QoS, MPLS, and SIP. Documenting and diagramming current and future expansion of systems and network. Mentoring staff and building a cohesive team. Working in conjunction with third-party vendors to expedite resolution. Requirements Proven expertise in managing Cisco Routers and associated Cisco Technologies Proficiency in utilizing Citrix Technologies in a financial services context Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their application in managing network services Experience with Dell Technologies, specifically in a financial services environment Demonstrable skills in managing Active Directory in a network configuration Proficiency in Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and business continuity Broad knowledge of Computer Hardware relevant to network management Experience in Configuration Management to maintain system functionality Proven ability to handle Contracts related to network services in the financial sector Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
