We are looking for a talented Construction Contracts Administrator to join our dedicated construction team at our office located in Blue Bell, PA.

In this role, you will support the QA and flow of subcontracts and purchase orders throughout the greater organization on multiple projects. Provides guidance on process flow and documentation requirements to IPS colleagues and external suppliers. you will also support process improvement activities on an ongoing basis.

Position Responsibilities

Administers contract and purchase order flow in accordance with departmental SOPs, policies, and project-specific requirements.

Acts as quality assurance (QA) check on all contracts and purchase orders.

Provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders on contract management requirements, including corrective actions to key contract elements that do not meet project and/or IPS standards.

Ensures all deadlines and conditions are described on contracts and purchase orders.

Prepares purchase orders and subcontract documents as needed.

Ensures all contract documents are sent/returned within the required time frames, and that all documents have been executed by the proper authorities within the organization.

Ensures that colleagues understand and comply with company contracting processes.

Detects and corrects potential risks in contract submissions.

Stays up-to-date with organizational changes and coordinates with the legal department as needed.

Ensures tax exemption certificates are included and in the proper form where applicable.

Maintains an organized system of physical and digital records.

Ensures correct Incoterms are noted on purchase order documentation.

Qualifications & RequirementsBS degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law.

Summary: The Payroll & HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing the company payroll process and maintaining the HRIS platforms related to HR and Payroll operations. Responsibilities: Payroll: Processing payroll for multi-state pay groups Support internal & external payroll audits Assist in developing payroll processes, eliminate inefficiencies, implement and communicate changes Train and support Payroll team members at various locations Collaborate with Finance team to improve processes Human Resource Systems: Maintain HR data in payroll system. Regular auditing of data to ensure accuracy. Export regular and ad hoc reports from payroll & HR systems for various reporting requirements. Manage & track payroll key metrics. Develop data processing guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Requirements: A BA/BS in Human Resources or Finance with knowledge of HR systems 3-5 years Payroll experience with a background in Human Resources Experience with payroll and HR systems, Dayforce and SAP a plus. Advanced knowledge of multi-state payroll processing Ability to communicate and enforce payroll guidelines to ensure compliance. Excellent analytical and reporting skills Experience with Microsoft Office & Excel, Power BI a plus.
