What you will be doing:

You will support reducing unscheduled downtime.

You will perform Preventative Maintenance, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electromechanical systems, electrical motors, electrical motor controls, pumps, combustion systems, compressed air systems, basic plumbing, piping, boilers, bearings, seals, gaskets gear boxes, sprockets/chains, belts, clutches, bearings, brakes, power transmissions.

You will read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, & diagrams in English

Job Requirements

What we need from you:Must be 18 years of age or older.

2-3 years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.

Ability to lift 50 pounds, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time in a hot environment.

Programmable Logic Control troubleshooting experience is preferred.

Be able to work 12 hour rotating shift

To ensure the effective operation of production equipment related to electrical processes, electronic systems, and mechanical functions that include installation, changeovers, and repairs. All activities are related to processing, packaging or support equipment toward the optimization of quality, productivity, safety and the reliability plan.Other duties and responsibilities of this position include routine maintenance, lubrication, quality checks, size changeovers, data collection and/or data entry, interface with production scheduling, inventory control, measurements and control of processes, and active participation in the team process through cooperation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement as well as any other duties assigned to support the needs of the business.Comply with all quality, safety, attendance, and work-rule requirements. Will perform other duties including, but not limited to, re-work, hand stacking, cleaning, painting, sweeping, shoveling, and garbage clean up.Due to the nature of this position, moderate physical activity is required, and employees may be required to frequently lift full cases of juice products in certain positions.The primary responsibilities of this position are to:Interfaces with production scheduling and inventory control.Performs measurement control of Maintenance production process.Perform regular and preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment to eliminate unscheduled downtime.Supports line operations, assisting with problems on the line, rework, coverage, troubleshooting, and line relief as needed.Answers line calls and supports operators.Supports changeovers to ensure that they are performed in an efficient and timely manner.Train operators and other mechanics in all aspects of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance and operation.Trained in following LOTO (Lock-out/Tag-out) procedures.Rebuilds parts, fabricate materials, and updates prints to maintain and upgrade equipment as required.Takes corrective action as required by initiated work orders through the Maximo System or as circumstances dictate and write new work orders to account for unplanned corrective maintenance time.Interprets blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and exploded parts diagrams.Initiates purchase of required tools, parts, and materials and maintains accountability for tools issued.Uses proper lock-out/tag-out, confined space, and hot works permit to maintain a safe environment and comply with EHS regulatory procedures.Makes recommendations for eq
