Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob DescriptionThis position will be the Admin Assistant to the General Manager - right hand person to assist with operations, documentation, company events/meals, etc. This person will be very involved in all aspects of the business and will be responsible for keeping things moving when the GM is not there. Job Duties: - Perform data entry into our ERP system including, but not limited to opening customer orders and work orders. - Answer phones and assist customers with requested information. - Create Purchase Orders in our ERP system and distribute a copy to the supplier. - Create professional reports for each customer as required following a dispatch. - File information both electronically and physically. - Obtain quotes for equipment rentals and miscellaneous parts required for each job. - Enter costs onto work orders in our ERP system including, but not limited to labor costs, per diem costs, travel expenses, miscellaneous parts as required for each job. - Complete monthly expense reports for all service technicians. - Establish new suppliers in advance of placing an order via New Vendor Approval process. - Establish new customers in advance of opening an order via New Customer Request process. - Prepare customer orders for invoicing.Hard Skills
