You'll conduct site inspections

Maximize revenue by selling all aspects of the hotel

Handle account details so that all aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented

Develop and continually enhance relationships with corporate, business and travel industry accounts

You'll be successful if you have

Knowledge of the hotel structure and how all departments interact

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and the internal team in order to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints

The ability to make decisions and anticipate potential problems

A desire to grow with the company

Required Qualifications/Experience

2 - 3 years of hotel sales experience is preferred

Manage an account base primarily using the telephone to deploy a disciplined call campaign, qualify accounts, update the customer\'s contact information, develop the relationship, and uncover opportunities for Cat/dealer solutions. Establish a personal working relationship with customers based on value, knowledge, trust and character. Monitor and report all pertinent market information relative to competitive activity, customer information and product performance. Provide leads to the sales force in relation to Hydraulic and machining opportunities in their assigned territories along with other opportunities to the appropriate dealer contact.
