Description We are on the hunt for a Staff Accountant to join our team in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple projects with precision and efficiency. The Staff Accountant will be tasked with various responsibilities, including franchise management, site closures, and software implementation. This position is a part of our Full-Time Engagement Professional team, a unique opportunity within the accounting field that combines the variety and excitement of consulting work with the stability of a permanent, full-time position with Robert Half.Responsibilities: Oversee the bank reconciliation process and ensure accuracy of financial data. Maintain and update the general ledger regularly. Record and review journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Carry out month-end close procedures effectively, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and complete. Utilize PeopleSoft for various accounting functions and maintain proficiency in the use of such software. Assist in the management of new and closing franchise locations. Participate in the implementation of multiple software programs to improve accounting processes. Collaborate with other team members to complete duties as needed.
