Company :Allegheny Health NetworkJob Description :JOB SUMMARYThe job is responsible for performing tasks within HVAC trade. Tasks are primarily related to the operation, repair and inspection of facilities equipment and systems within HVAC activities. Performs general maintenance tasks within other trades.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates and preforms major and minor repairs and inspection to medical center utilizes system . Work can include PM task , equipment installations and troubleshooting systems (plumbing, electrical) as needed.

Performs and documents various tests and procedures for HVAC and other trade related utility systems

Maintains daily records as required

Complies with all hospital and department policies and procedures

Ensures that all assigned PM task and necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner making sure all orders are completed within the computerized maintenance management system is completed to the standard indicated by the regulatory agencies having jurisdiction( i.e. Joint Commission, DOH and OSHA etc.)

Other duties as assigned or requested.

2 years of experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems maintenance and repair.
