Title: Citrix VDI supportLocation:Carlisle, PADuration: Long Term Note: It is an Onsite position, Secret Clearance required, US Citizen.Responsibilities include the following:Implementing the appropriate security requirements consistent with CSL’S IT security policies and hardening guidelines; Coordinating the performance of vulnerability scans with System Engineer Director, Systems administrators, and the ISSMs; Applying patches/updates, configuration changes, and other remediation efforts to address vulnerabilities, as appropriate, within required timeframes.
System Support: The contractor shall provide support with three (3) CSL networks, to include higher-level upgrades and advancements as technologies change. This task includes the following actions:
Responsibilities include the following: Updating vulnerability scanning tools tenable ACAS and configuring ACAS in accordance with CSL requirements. Scheduling and conducting vulnerability scans and troubleshooting any issues. Producing, reviewing, and distributing vulnerability scanning reports.
Hardening systems to be in compliance with DoD RMF policies. Maintain awareness of Security Template Implementation Guide (STIG) releases and assist CSL staff with STIG checklist uploads and processing.
Assist with maintaining security compliance with IAVA’s, IAVM’s, Zero Day’s, and ACAS vulnerabilities.
Support configuring and publishing of virtual applications. Creating and maintaining of virtual desktops. Managing Citrix Studio. Supporting the virtualization of Windows systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot Citrix site availability and performance issues and engage Citrix as needed. Configure other application virtualization products such as Liquidware FlexApp.
Document Review: Each week, the contractor shall review, edit, and process CSL compliance with IAVA’s, IAVM’S, Zero Day’s, and ACAS scans. The contractor will conduct a compliance posture check of CSL Network’s and review with System Engineering Division Chief. This task includes the following actions:
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Citrix and VDI Environment. Create and Maintain documentation of Citrix processes.
Submit recommendations to Systems Engineering Division (SED) for possible ways to automate or script updates and fixes for systems.
Annotate changes in the CSL Change Log to all affected systems.
Help with validating Security Template Implementation Guide (STIG) turn-ins and assist with providing information for POAM’s if POAM is deemed necessary.
Program Support: The contractor shall assist in providing intellectual and program support for up to Three (3) Networks of various data classifications, up to the SECRET level. The support will align with CSL goals, mission, and vision. This task includes the following actions as well as the requirement to track and report the progress of each action:
Provide information when a significant system design change occurs or may be needed, for each one of the Three (3) Networks, specifically for the Citrix VDI, Plans Of Actions & Milestones (POA&M), Zero Day’s, and Workload Tasks. Assist in developing plans related to automation of updates and documentation. If needed, for IAVA’s, IAVM’s, Zero Day’s, and ACAS Scans. Assist in review of ACAS Scans and needed updates for Citrix VDI systems. Participate and discuss needed update related tasks and actions with CSL SED staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of one (1) or more Information Technology Certification(s) to meet the DoD Approved 8570.01 Baseline Certifications (see matrix below) for Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II. An IAT Level III certification is also acceptable. IAT Level II

Experience:
At least three (3) years of working experience within Information Technology.
At least 3-5 years of VDI build and administration experience preferably in a DoD or DISA environment.
At least two (2) years of experience with installation, configuration, and administration of the major Citrix components and strong technical knowledge in these key technologies; Citrix Technologies (Citrix Cloud, Citrix MCS & PVS Provisioning, Citrix Studio Policies, NetScaler Access Gateway, Citrix Storefront, Citrix Licensing, Citrix Director, Citrix Profile Manager)
At least 1 (1) year of experience working with Profile management software.
At least two (2) years of experience working with Vulnerability Patch Management, patching, and updating of networks.
At least two (2) years of government work, this includes: military, civilian, or contractor assignments.
Security Clearance and Credentials: The contractor shall be a U.S. citizen and shall possess, at a minimum, a current SECRET clearance (at time of award). The contractor will also possess, at a minimum, a SECRET facility clearance (at time of award). The Security Clearance will allow the individual to receive the necessary credentials to be issued a NIPRNet Common Access Card (CAC).
