With 2022 revenues of $18.7 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams.Come see what’s in store: https://jobs.rossstores.com/creative/aboutGENERAL PURPOSE:Responsible for maintaining accurate records within the Maintenance Department Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), the purchase and inventory of maintenance and operational supplies, and generation of reports and tracking documents pertaining to the maintenance and operations departments.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Data entry of maintenance work orders, employee labor hours, purchase orders, and supplies/maintenance parts inventory in CMMS. Interact with Ross vendors to purchase supplies/maintenance parts maintaining inventory levels within building guidelines. Generate required reports and tracking documents for work order, equipment history, labor hours, and inventory consumption. Distribute and manage work orders to ensure completion of emergency, scheduled, and preventative maintenance. Cycle count inventory storage locations to ensure CMMS inventory data integrity. Issue, ship and receive supplies, maintenance parts, and equipment to and from inventory locations and track through purchase order system. Work with other finance/supply clerks to manage maintenance & repair costs.
