We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in software productization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, with an emphasis on software products. Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the AGV software and underlying control architecture, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.

- Go-to-Market Strategy:Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Stakeholder Management:Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Customer Engagement:Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future product decisions.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product offerings.Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. PMP certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software productization.
Experience in robotics or automation is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Ability to lead a fast-prototyping new product development agenda
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with software development tools and platforms (Git).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Smartsheet or Microsoft Project, PLMs
Must be able to travel up to 50% - occasional international travel.
