Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues
Install or replace existing plumbing and electrical systems
Interior and exterior buildings and grounds maintenance
Repair or replacement of appliances and fixtures
Assist other divisions of the company when needed
Valid driver’s license
Ability to climb ladders and work off lifts
