Experience Level:Entry LevelShift: 3rdTime: 5:00pm - 5:00amSchedule: Rotational 2-2-3Job Description: Machine Operator responsible for operating the filling and packaging equipment. Responsible to maintain compliance with all GMP regulations for manufacturing, daily production records and quality reports.Job Responsibilities:

Completing daily and weekly preventative maintenance

Adjusting and aligning all primary functions of the machinery

Responsible for mechanical repairs and replacement defective parts

Set up jobs on machines by feeding containers onto conveyor line and keying in product that will be run into the computer systems

Quality auditing filled products by ensuring that the maximum/minimum fill lines are hit

Packing and production at the end of each line as required

Stopping machines to help break them down

Mechanically tear them apart for clean in place procedures

Assist in the training of production assistants with GMP and safety rules
