Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for multiple Maintenance Technician II positions to contribute to our manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA.  This individual under limited supervision, is responsible for performing complex diagnostics and repairs, relating to distribution center facilities and equipment. This technician ensures that all equipment in the distribution center facility is maintained properly, by performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment to OEM standards.  This person partners with leadership in daily support to internal customers and maintenance team. Want to join a key team that helps the world read?At Ingram, the Operations team serves a key role within the organization. Process Improvement is another core value, and through innovations such as voice and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies, as well as feedback from our associates, we work toward$30.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experienceSchedules Available:C Shift - $2.00 night premium & $1.00 weekend premium for hours worked on Sundays & Saturdays     Bi-Weekly Schedule:Saturday through Tuesday – 7:00pm to 7:00amSunday through Tuesday – 7:00pm to 7:00amD Shift - $2.00 night premium & $1.00 weekend premium for hours worked on Saturday      Bi-Weekly Schedule:Wednesday through Friday – 7:00pm to 7:00amWednesday through Saturday – 7:00pm to 7:00amWhat You'll Need:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair.2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience. Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Good understanding of facility electrical wiring and power distribution.Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and prints.Electrical troubleshooting ability, with understanding of AC/DC control wiring and relay logic.Advanced understanding of PLC.Ability to create Preventative Maintenance and training documentation.Ability to pass physical examination that includes testing for satisfactory vision (distance, peripheral, and depth perception), hearing, and drug screen exams for safe operation of motorized equipmentAbility to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipmentWhat You'll Do:Evaluate equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment. Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements. Perform complex technical duties, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.Detect faulty operations, defective material and makes necessary repairs; reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.Operate motorized equipment as necessary for driving and repairs to include forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweeper, etc.Comply with all safety regulations and maintains a clean and orderly work area.Helps maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
