F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) III - a true Universal Banker - at our Lincoln Way East Office. As an FSR III, one will be equipped to assist customers for their transactional, account, and personal lending needs. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our consumer and business customers. This individual will open consumer accounts and serve as a back up to open business accounts. Finally, this individual engages customers and prospects in loan conversations and takes loan applications, all while ensuring customers understand and sign all required application and closing documents and disclosures.The pay rate for this position generally starts between $18 and $20 an hour.This full-time financial services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package. Incentives paid out for referring a customer to a product they don't currently have with the bank.Benefits Include

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Desire to excel in a sales and service environment
Comfortable discussing finances with current and prospective customers
Openness to training and development opportunities
Communicates in a professional and courteous manner
Supports and works well within a team environment
Able to adapt to change and multiple priorities
Detail-oriented
Outgoing personality
At least two (2) years of previous sales or retail service experience or demonstrated ability to perform responsibilities of FSR III.

At the Lincoln Way East Office, the full team consists of a Community Office Manager who oversees a cluster of offices - Philadelphia Avenue and Lincoln Way East, an Assistant Community Office Manager, Lead Financial Services Representative and 4 other full-time FSR beyond this position.
