What we are looking for:
Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but we re willing to train the right person.
Attention to detail, and moderate knife skills preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you ll do:
Prepare and cook ramen dishes to our standard of quality, flavor and presentation.
Assist with daily preps of broth, toppings and sauces.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
Uphold consistency, speed, and efficiency during service.
We are a small family owned company, started our ramen shop in Carlisle in 2008. Chambersburg will be our 3rd family restaurant, and we are looking for a strong team to build our brand in the heart of town!
