Looking for experienced Property Preservation/REO contractors in the following counties in Pennsylvania:
Bedford Blair, Somerset, Fulton
We cover full state so if you see an area not on here please feel free to reach out with your coverage area by county and experience.
Will be completing, Grass cuts, cleanouts, lock changes and repair work.
Must have locks, truck, trailer, mower and generator ( This is required)
Good Fee Schedule, fast payment and direct deposit
REQUIREMENTS:
Computer/laptop with high speed internet
MUST be Able to purchase locks and install (4.99 per lock) at www.mfssupply.com or buylockbox.com to make max profit
REQUIRED TOOLS:
Basic tools
Air compressor
Truck and trailer to remove debris from properties.
Riding lawnmower
Must have a smart phone on Apple or Android.
SKILLS:
Know the in's and out of the Property Preservation Industry/ Hud Guidelines
Know how to winterize a property to Hud standards
Change Locks to Hud standards
Roof Repair/ Tarp
Install gas and electric hot water tanks a plus
Re-glaze windows
Board up doors and windows
Know how to perform various home repairs
Grass cuts
Take pictures according to photo policy (before, during and after)
Experience with PPW is a plus
