What you'll do:

Operate and maintain welding equipment (MIG)

Weld metal parts and components in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead)

Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Assemble and weld various metal parts together

Set up and operate overhead cranes safely

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What you bring:

A passion for welding and a commitment to quality workmanship

6+ months of welding experience (through education or work)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety

Willingness to learn and grow

Bonus points:

Welding certificate

1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment

$1.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

3rd Shift: Mon-Thurs 7:30pm-5:30am

2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 4pm-2am

2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 3pm-1am

Headcount: We're currently at 300 employees in the weld department and looking to grow to 400.
