This role provides financial support to ensure that our organization achieves its financial targets and meets all financial and portfolio reporting commitments to Digital Finance, PGS Finance, and other recipients of financial and portfolio information.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:
Complete month end close function in partnership with team members
Generate month end reports and perform analysis to understand and communicate the financial and performance metrics of the assigned portfolios
Maintain up-to-date portfolio information (active projects, costs, general timelines, etc.) so that the information is available upon request
Research and resolve purchase order, invoice, and other financial issues as they arise
Support the annual budgeting cycle
Support portfolio lead with budget transfers related to projects to ensure that all new or incremental ongoing costs are funded in the Digital operating expense budget
Support portfolio lead with managing asset activations, impairment reviews, and deprecation forecast processes
Apply technical skills and financial knowledge to successfully influence and assist client partners and project managers on financial project management processes
Complete ad-hoc analyses and projects as required
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality, improve reporting, forecast accuracy and visibility into costs
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field with two years of experience working in a business/corporate environment in a financial analysis role; OR Master's degree; ORAssociate's degree with six years of relevant experience; OR Eight years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Analytical capabilities to understand and explain financial variances
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and effective use of other Microsoft Office products (e.g. PowerPoint, Word)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,300.00 to $133,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
