Partner with the business by guiding participants through development programs (MTP, FDP, ADP, TDP)
Teach, coach and mentor the training resources (Subject Matter Experts) who execute the on-the-job components of program delivery giving them the tools and knowledge necessary to be successful
Provide training and guidance to content delivery resources on and beyond direct report team
Be a champion of the programs by promoting and ensuring execution
Manage budget within reasonable range of annual target
Coach participants and facilitators (as needed) to reinforce or improve effectiveness of training program
Program Results & Updates
Create and maintain an evaluation strategy for development programs with KPIs and outcomes aligned to the organization’s expectations. Share these measurements with key stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
Work closely with key stakeholders, along with the training organization, to identify and define training needs; update programs as process and systems are changed or updated
Recommend solutions/actions to address performance gaps and drive improved business results
Partner to define and develop solutions/actions to enable teammates to meet business needs. Ensure consistency with company standards, policies and procedures, and programs
Coordinate/Maintain Program Activities
Partner mentors with participants and certifiers with teammates needing certification
Schedule Instructor Lead Trainings and help to enroll participants
Produce materials needed for trainings and program instruction
Maintain program learning site(s) – content and design
Facilitation/Instruction
Lead virtual and in-office instructor led training (ILT) courses associated with the programs
Coordinate subject matter experts for content delivery
Assist with professional development training, as needed
Leverage available technology to facilitate training, host events and connect with program participants
QUALIFICATIONS:Targeted Pay Range: $83,000 - $138,200. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
