Power BI Developer - contractor GOS DIA - Remote

US Citizenship or Permanent residence is required - No sponsorship for this positionJob Responsibilities

Design and develop impactful and dynamic visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements.

Complete end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards which includes the ETL process required to gather and clean data from various data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Coordinate with other professionals to implement changes and new systems.

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Incorporate slicers, visuals, and drill-through functionality.

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, as well as contribute to the development of standards for Power BI development within the GOS (Global Operations Services) organization.

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.Minimum Requirements (education, years of experience, certifications, etc.)

BA/BS degree preferred in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or other Technical field with a strong academic record.

Data presentation skills (reporting) with a minimum of 2 years' technical work experience using Microsoft Power BI required.

Experience with data management, database administration and common data interfaces/API.

Experience writing DAX expressions and creating measures to support complex calculations and metrics preferred.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and proficient experience with Power Query.

Familiarity with Business Warehouse and SAP a plus.

Experience with analyzing large amounts of data.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills

Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent development projects.

Excellent communication skills.
