This role is responsible for developing, using, and improving existing enterprise tools, systems, and work processes to drive excellence and standardization in project scheduling across Westinghouse.

Individuals in this role will possess a broad scheduling background in the nuclear, engineering, manufacturing, or construction industry as well as a deep understanding of the different project scheduling methodologies and best practices.The EPMO Scheduling Program Manager must be a seasoned scheduler with a passion for precision and a track record of delivering successful projects on time.Your Day to Day:

Utilizes industry knowledge and best practices to improve and develop scheduling processes and enhances project efficiency and standardization.

Supports efforts to develop and implement initiatives for improvement of business processes and tools, in coordination with other departments.

Trains and mentors junior team members with schedule management and project controls responsibilities on schedule management policies, procedures, tools (Primavera P6 and other scheduling software's), techniques, and best practices.

Supports the Business Units (BU) schedulers to develop and maintain project schedules using P6 Primavera software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.

Collaborates with project managers, project controllers (mainly other schedulers) and stakeholders to create comprehensive and realistic project schedules that align with overall project goals and company standards.

Supports and guides BU schedulers in monitoring and analyzing project progress, identifying potential risks and opportunities for schedule optimization.

Provides regular updates and reports on project schedules to key stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the company standards proposed corrective actions.

Coordinates with project teams to resolve complex scheduling conflicts or to perform deep dives when required.Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science or related field. A combination of technical education and experience will be considered.

10+ Years of proven experience working as a scheduler using Oracle Primavera P6 in the nuclear, engineering, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or construction industry.

Experience performing or leading project scheduling and project controls for mid to large nuclear/ engineering/construction projects, programs, and/or portfolios. At least five (5) years are on highly complex or large (>$100 million) projects.

Five (5) years direct hands-on experience as a scheduler using Primavera scheduling software to develop and maintain multi-discipline scheduling for large complex construction or engineering projects.

Oracle Primavera P6 certification, PMI-SP, PMI PMP, AACE PSP, AACE EVP, EVMP, PRINCE2

Proficiency in using Oracle P6 Primavera scheduling software

Understanding of database management and data operations (e.g., SQL)

Experience implementing project control software and tools

Preferred, hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools like PowerBIWhy Westinghouse?
