You will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that drive customer insights and market intelligence, ultimately informing strategic decisions and enhancing the value of our products and platforms.Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI/ML models : Build predictive insights, recommendations, and forecasting capabilities for our AI platform using advanced algorithms, frameworks, and libraries.

Collaborate with stakeholders : Work closely with business partners to understand business objectives, translate them into technical requirements, and develop solutions that answer critical questions and extract meaningful insights.

Market Modeling : Collaborate with Market Strategy and Product Management to build market models for Omnicell's product lines, determining Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), and account penetration analyses. Track market share and competitive landscape across product segments.

Drive innovation : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the ML space, identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, and evaluate and implement tools that enhance the team's efficiency.

Shape data for AI applications : Prepare user, device, and services data for training, testing, and scoring with ML models, ensuring its suitability for powering LLM applications and AI capabilities within our core platform.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field.

8+ years of relevant software development experience.

5+ years of experience in:

Building production-grade machine learning applications/systems.

Programming in Python, utilizing tools/libraries/frameworks such as Spark, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Jupyter.

ML Engineering tooling: data acquisition, cleaning, preparation, and feature engineering.

Collaborating with market strategy team, product management, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Working with various supervised and unsupervised machine learning models to solve common problems like regression, classification, forecasting, and anomaly detection.

Experience in NLP, LLMs, and GenAI applications.

Thrive in dynamic environments, adapting to ambiguity and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Apply critical thinking to identify key questions, formulate hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building end-to-end scalable ML pipelines on-premise and/or in cloud platforms like AWS (preferred).

Advanced SQL skills for data exploration (e.g., window functions).
