About the role:
As a Principal I&C Engineer you will support the engineering team for the creation of drawings and design/technical specifications for the eVinci Microreactor. You will report to the Manager, Advanced Reactors I&C and be located at the Cranberry Township, PA office working a hybrid schedule.Key Responsibilities:
Help lead the software development using MATLAB and Simulink.
Provide input to engineering calculations to support design and analysis.
Compile technical documents/specifications for procurement/manufacturing.
Support supplier and manufacturing operations with technical issue resolution.
Support Test document creation and test execution.Qualifications:
10+ years of experience
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of analog and digital circuit analysis/design desired.
MATLAB and Simulink knowledge a requirement.
Awareness of field devices and control devices typical to the power industry is a plus.
Awareness of typical industry standard drawings including P&ID drawings, loop diagrams, cabinet drawings and panel layouts is a plus.
Knowledge of lab equipment use (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, etc.) is a plus.
