Customer Engagement:Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right glass products for their residential projects this includes retail counter sales, mirrors, shower doors, tabletops, screens and other costumer needs.
Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including glass types, installation processes, and building regulations.
Sales Development:Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their living spaces, driving sales growth in residential sectors.
Quote Preparation:Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers as needed, ensuring clear communication regarding pricing, timelines, and installation services.
Follow-Up:Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Market Awareness:Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
Collaboration:Work closely with the installation team and management to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in building products or related industries.
Strong understanding of residential construction and home improvement trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Proficient in using a computer, phone system and some web-based sales tools.
