OverviewPrimarily responsible for supervising and managing the receiving and receipting of incoming freight, load building and shipping operations in the store. This position is responsible for assessing associates' productivity and efficiency, handling associate complaints and grievances, disciplining associates, managing inventory, planning work and establishing procedures related to freight, load building and shipping operations, apportioning the work among the associates, managing inventory, maintenance of store facilities and equipment, and managing the associates that are responsible for expediting freight, as set forth above.

Establish and maintain relationships and coordinate internal resources with third parties/vendors
