Monday - Thursday(8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
Client Diagnosis: Mobility Impairment, Fall Risk, Right Knee ReplacementNOTE: Client has 3 dogs (2 Boxers, 1 Frenchie Mix) and CatsDuties may include but not limited to:
Cooking and Light Housekeeping
Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
Grocery Shopping
Companionship
Range of Motion Exercises
Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
Driving to Appointments and Errands
Walking and Transfer Assistance
Medication Reminders
ADL's
Ambulation
Change Depends
Transportation - Does NOT need vehicle.
Caregiver Requirements:
At least 1 year experience
2 Step TB Test
Pass Criminal Background Checks
Pass Child Clearances and FBI Fingerprinting
Covid-19 Vaccination
