ResponsibilitiesThis is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training.
Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of more complex financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, return measurement, capital budgeting evaluation, cash flow calculation, multidimensional profitability, and managerial accounting. Provides analysis for forward-looking financial, deposit, loan, and business-related projections. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in money, markets, and financial intermediation (including extensive peer analysis) with specific emphasis on identifying trends and developments in competitive environments that are important and useful to Credit Union leaders. Regularly conducts ad hoc financial and business-related studies and cooperates seamlessly with other departments in preparation of analyses. Presents results to senior leaders and provides recommendations that create value through cost reduction, increased efficiency and/or enhanced performance. Creates, maintains, and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures that financial information is accurate, complete, and reflects economic substance. Applies multiple query/database tools, financial software, and statistical techniques to build dynamic financial models that creatively solve business problems and/or provide actionable information. Performs financial analysis on several (routine and ad hoc) projects and is directed to assist with multiple departments simultaneously. Operates within broad guidelines/policies, manages several projects and departmental relationships simultaneously, and independently performs tasks from end to end with limited or no supervision.SKILLS
