Overview

You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote our brand with products including auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and the ability to explore a career in the insurance industry.
Duties
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly solutions to prospect and client needs. Service can include but not limited to billing, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims questions.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success daily.
As a licensed Team Member, you will receive
Salary
Base salary plus a commission schedule.
Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to put the customer first
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Appointment setting
Enthusiastic about the role of providing insurance and financial solutions.
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Strong ability to build customer relations
Strong computer skills

At a minimum you must be able to successfully complete Property and Causality insurance licensing requirements for the State of Pennsylvania before the start date of October 1st 2019.
